Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you accept online booking?

    • Yes we do!

  • Do you take cash?

    • Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments. We prefer online payment via debit card and credit cards but can accommodate personal checks as well.

  • Do you provide your own equipment?

    • For move-in/ out cleans we provide all the equipment needed to complete services.

    • For general and deep cleans we provide all the equipment needed to complete services except for vacuums. We've found that avoiding the sharing of a single vacuum across homes is the best hygienic practice. 

    • If you have a specific request, i.e. stainless steel fridge shining, we kindly ask that you provide our cleaners with those solutions to help complete the service.

  • Why don’t you provide vacuums for general and deep cleans?

    • To maintain the highest degree of sanitation. A shared vacuum across multiple homes can risk the introduction of allergens or pests and our goal is to leave your home as clean as we can.

  • How we do pay for the service?

    • Once the cleaning service is completed, payment will be made with the payment details that were collected upon booking. The final invoice will be sent to you directly afterwards.

  • Do you offer carpet cleaning or window cleaning?

    • Unfortunately, we only offer house cleaning services and no niche type services such as carpet cleaning and window cleaning.

  • Do you require a minimum amount of time that a clean should take?

    • Yes, we require that a clean take at least 2 hours/ cleaner This ensures that our cleaners will make enough money to justify the commute and other costs associated with completing the clean. Exceptions can be discussed for recurring services.
